Support

For Okay Console 1.0

For help connecting to a cluster or understanding the app, start with the steps below. Contact support if the problem continues.

Try the Sample Cluster

On the first screen, choose Explore Sample Cluster. It needs no account, credentials, or network connection and lets you inspect the app before connecting your own infrastructure.

Before you email

Include the Okay Console version, your macOS, iOS, iPadOS, or Android version, your Kubernetes or OpenShift version, and the exact error text. Explain which screen and action produced the problem.

Protect your cluster

Never send a bearer token, kubeconfig, private key, client certificate, or private CA key. Redact internal hostnames, namespace and workload names, log output, and any other sensitive cluster data.

Paid support plans

Purchase Supporter, Pro Support, or Enterprise Support from Settings → Support Okay Console in the app. Pro includes priority email and feature-request support; Enterprise adds bug-fix priority and long-term development.

Contact

Email support@okayconsole.com. We use your email address to reply and retain only the information needed to handle the request.
